Established in 2001 Mtimkulu Khwinana Attorneys a reputable, black firm of attorneys, notaries and with conveyancers based in Mabopane in North of Pretoria. The practice has grown substantially over the years, rapidly securing a noteworthy reputation for the provision of excellent legal advice and services.
 
Armed with innovation, integrity and honesty, we offer a comprehensive range of legal services throughout the North West, and Gauteng. Our broad-based client portfolio consists of, inter alia, municipalities, financial institutions and building societies, a number of national and regional church organisations, emerging and established commercial concerns, mineral companies, professional practices and individuals. The practice also serves as a correspondent firm for black legal practices nationally.
 
We have gained extensive experience in the full spectrum of commercial legal work, property-related legal work including all property-related matters and conveyancing.

Women Empowerment

We have made it part and parcel of our strategic planning to admit female attorneys or to seek joint venture partnerships. We are committed to our endeavour to expand the ownership of control and operational involvement of our practice by credible and skilled female attorneys. To this end we have already appointed one female candidate attorney and two more to follow. We further encourage and subscribe especially our female support staff to enhance their expertise and skills through training courses, etc.

Price tolerance/fee structure

Mtimkulu Khwinana Attorneys adhere to the guidelines laid down for the profession in respect of conveyancing, litigation and commercial matters. However, we are flexible and a reduction in tariffs can be negotiated if justified in terms of work volume and provided that any deal will conform to ethical standards. We also do Pro Bono work in the community.
